Overview

As Creative Director of the two-night “Neon Nights” Variety Show, I led 30+ acts through five months of preparation, overseeing rehearsals, backstage movement, and overall show flow. I designed programs, T-shirts, flyers, and Instagram promotions, helped coordinate props, and mentored younger creative director shadows to ensure continuity for future productions.

I drafted scripts, emcee transitions, promotional copy, and rehearsal schedules to ensure clear communication and a cohesive show narrative.
